Privacy policy

Every page here is a fixed file. There is no login, no database, no cookie set by us and no analytics or advertising tracker. Nothing you type into the booking form or the chat assistant is sent to us, saved, or kept anywhere by this website.

The booking form asks for your name, mobile number, the treatment you want and a preferred day and time. All of that stays in your own browser until you press Send request on WhatsApp. At that point your browser opens WhatsApp with the message written out, and you send it to the clinic. Nothing is submitted until you do.

From then on it is an ordinary WhatsApp conversation between you and the clinic, carried by WhatsApp and governed by their privacy terms, not ours. The clinic keeps those messages so it can confirm and manage your appointment.

The assistant on this site is not an AI service and does not send your question anywhere. It matches what you type against a fixed list of answers written by the clinic, entirely inside your browser. We never see the questions asked.

• Google Maps — the map on the contact page and in the footer is embedded from Google. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, as it would on any site using a map.
• Vercel — the company that serves this website. Like any web host it processes the requests needed to deliver the pages to you.
• WhatsApp — only if you choose to send a booking or message through it.

We do not sell, share or transfer your information to anyone else, and we run no advertising on this site.

Because the website stores nothing, there is nothing held here to correct or delete. For anything you have sent to the clinic — a WhatsApp booking, or your treatment records at the clinic itself — you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, subject to the record-keeping a dental practice is required by law to maintain.
